Jeff Salman is the founder and qualifying broker of NM360°. He has been a broker for the past 10 years, is a past president of the Las Vegas Board of Realtors®, and is currently acting State Director for the local board. He launched NM360° in 2009. NM360° is based in Las Vegas, New Mexico not to be confused with the "other Las Vegas".
Jeff is a native New Mexican and has spent much of his life in the Las Vegas area. Born in the old Las Vegas Hospital in 1962, he spent his childhood on the large family ranch in nearby Mora County. Those early days of living in the middle of nature, growing up in a ranching family that actively practiced the conservation of both land and wildlife, shaped his connection to the natural world. He also absorbed the rhythms of ranch life and the needs of farming and ranching communities. This early experience deeply informed his life and he has never strayed far from his roots.
Along his life's path Jeff also earned a B.A. in Environmental Design from the University of California at Davis and an M.A. in Technological and Occupational Education from UNM. He also attended documentary film school at the Anthropological Film Institute in Santa Fe and worked for the New Mexico Film Commission as the state locations coordinator.
